Child Safety and CSAE Policy
At Magical Diary, we are committed to protecting children from harm and maintaining a safe experience for families. Magical Diary is designed to be used by parents or legal guardians to generate bedtime stories for young children. Children do not create accounts, sign in, or communicate with other users through the app.
1) Zero-tolerance policy
Magical Diary has a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We do not permit any content, behavior, or activity that involves or promotes:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Grooming, solicitation, or sexualization of minors
- Exploitation, harassment, coercion, or endangerment of children
- Any attempt to facilitate or normalize abuse involving minors
Accounts or activity associated with CSAE may be immediately restricted or terminated and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required.
2) Product design safeguards
Magical Diary is designed to reduce child safety risks by limiting user interactions and minimizing exposure to harmful content:
- No public profiles, social feeds, or user-to-user messaging
- No community posting or content sharing features
- Parent-controlled access and account management
- Content is generated for bedtime storytelling and intended to be age-appropriate
3) Proactive detection and response
We use a combination of technical and operational measures to help identify and respond to potential abuse or misuse, including:
- Automated monitoring and safeguards designed to flag potentially harmful patterns or content
- Review of reports and flagged activity when received
- Continuous improvement of safeguards based on new risks and learnings
No system is perfect, but we actively work to strengthen our protections over time.
4) Reporting child safety concerns
If you believe any content generated or any activity related to Magical Diary involves child safety risks or CSAE, report it immediately:
